Never order at The Khulfi. For that matter even Zomato at chennai is a very bad choice for instant food provider. Yday I placed an order at 11.23pm at The Khulfi restaurant on Zomato. 1 Choc Milk Shake and 1 Mixed Veg Fries. Friends, What do you think should be the delivery time for this? Esp when you are extremely hungry late in the night and all you need is just a drink and some chew ups. At midnight.I was told after 45 mins that the delivery time was 1.10amI was shocked. I naturally cancelled the order on chat support. The chat support person confirmed cancellation and refund too.And this morning I get a mail asking for a review on how the previous night meal and delivery was.Am yet to hear or receive anything on the refund.I however recd another order placed on another restaurant during the same time. The order had more than the twice the number of items. But still got delivered within 30 mins.This is the status of Zomato Chennai esp with the restaurant The Khulfi. BEWARE HUNGRY BUDDIES
