Worst cafe in Chennai – hands down. The waiter guy moved around so unbelievably slow that I wanted to get into the kitchen to grab the food. He just put the plates on table and went and hid somewhere as if he was scared that we might roast him for the atrocious food they served! They took forever to bring the food and none of the dishes had salt in them. Miraculously the bill alone came within 10 seconds of asking!Mushroom soup – was okay, but no salt and why would you serve it in a cup and saucer!!???Chilli cheese fries – For the amount charged, even a roadside vendor will serve better quality and quantity Jalapeño cheese balls – there was no jalapeños in them. No cheese as well. We couldn’t even make out what it was made of. Yuck!!Chicken tikka sandwich- Was it even chicken?? It tasted like smokey rubber! The bread was charred so bad that it looked and smelled burnt! One side of the sandwich was soggy dunno why!??? Again even roadside shops will serve Better sandwich!Veg fried rice – was okayish. No salt again. Please don’t waste your time and money in this place. I understand that we went late and may be the Chef was tired or may be there weren’t enough ppl in the kitchen, whatever may be the reason. But I’ve never seen such worst service in Chennai! I was so shocked that I wanted to put a review as soon as I reached home!Cafe society – Disappointing is a small word for you!!

We ordered cream of chicken soup, mac and cheese and cheese garlic bread.They gave us cream of mushroom soup. We were even okay with that, but the quantity was really less and didn’t taste very goodThe mac and cheese tasted really bad, not even close to pasta. And the garlic bread didn’t even have the garlic taste.This place used to be my favorite in the locality, as it had very less cafes. It has changed a lot and it’s really disappointinh.
only the ambience of the restaurant was good. the portion and taste were pathetic. It lacked consistency and flavour.even the temperature was not right. we ordered 5 simple dishes and even they were not up to the expectation. The service staffed was so broody. And served food for name sake. But it is a good place to go for a coffee or to spend time with friends. overall its a good place to to hold groups.
I’ve stopped writing reviews in Zomato a few years ago. But this place where I had my dinner bamboozled me and made me share my thoughts here. To start off, I was Completely misguided by the reviews over here and Google. I Was planning to have some burger and fries to fill my burger craving. Of course, this place’s ambiance is good, but come on, we’re there to have some good food right? Not some sightseeing. The service was pathetic as they were behaving like the lost kids in festival. The menu we had as follows;1. Lava Fries- The Waiter told me this dish will be loaded with cheese. But the reality is, there were a few drops of cheese spilled over the fries. The fries too tasted cardboardy.2. Jamaican Touch- This drink costs around ₹160 over here. But the person who made this simple poured ₹15 MinuteMaid Pulpy Orange pet pack in the glass that too in front of us. 3. KitKat Shake- First I was served something watery with literally no taste. Then I asked for replacement. They replaced it with some sugared water. Yes, I’m saying sugared water because I will an explanation for this in end of this review.4. Chicken Peri-Peri Pan Pizza- After all this heartbreak, the pizza topping tasted decent. Again, dude I’m just wondering how the chef is so concerned about the people eating food at their place. Because he is so reluctant to use Cheese in all the dishes. I felt not so guilty after eating this no so cheesy pizza.5. Triple Cheese (Lol) Double Patty Beef Burger- The only thing I like the most about this place is the names on the menu card. They are super sexy and make you foodgasmic. The burger, I’m sorry, the slider was good. The slider (very small one) was also not with cheese. Thanks for your concern Chef! It was accompanied with some cardboard fries. Bill Amount: ₹983 (For the food we had, this amount is like a bomb on our wallet)Post Meal, I was completely frustrated with the experience and headed to a small burger joint near the Bharatham Stores. Had a ₹40 KITKAT SHAKE here. Man, this is called milkshake. I don’t care about the price. All I’m concerned about is the food. This shake tasted so good and thick. Also, bought some actual loaded fried at ₹60 and a burger at ₹50 for takeaway. After all this all I can say is that please don’t hype up a crappy place for some flimsy reasons. Writing this review would make my soul to rest peacefully.P.S- Thank you Chef, Love you!
