Always a big fan of Ambur style Biryani. Ambur Star Biryani was very average in taste and definitely not worth the hype. Tandoori chicken was good but the biryani was very similar to a oily tomato rice. 2.5/5 for the biryani taste.

This briyani is very yummy and tastes the best one but it is little spicy and that is the only disadvantage oderwise mutton biryani just melts in mouth ! Chicken lollipop is also too gud ! Ambience is too gud and service is also too good ! This biryani is very special , yummier and tastier one I Hav ever had ! Itz so unique ! It is the must visit place for Biriyani lovers ! Food quality and taste is good ! Ambience is good and service is also good
We ordered 2 boneless chicken biryani and what we got is 4 pieces of fried chicken in tamato rice which was an absolute shame on the resturants part when they call themselves biryani specialist. Even their biryani is not biryani its a sham.
Tandoori Chicken was served with green chilly chutney and garnished with onions , chicken was spicy and tasty with proper proportion of masalas . The mayonnaise was sweet , it was the only disappointment , still loved the chicken .Chicken Briyani was great here and it did justice to the price point and the chicken pieces in the Briyani were well cooked and was served with raita . One can definitely go right with this Briyani .❤️
I love the star biriyani in Ambur and always visit it whenever I’m there but the quality of the biriyani served here did not pay justice to it’s name. Had high expectations for the biriyani but was served a cold and oily biriyani instead. Definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend it for anyone expecting an actual ambur biriyani.
