Service has been excellent they hit my stay. I would recommend this venue to any visitors. I got excellent service by mr pramod kumar . He really good waiter in Novotel Chennai in morning time especially.always ready for help me . Thanks whole team and pramod kumar .
Me and my friend decided to meet up after work for coffee.. And since this place is right opposite my work place we decided to go there I’ve been to novotel many times.. But never to the cafe.. Its right at the entrance.. The ambience feels like its having an identity crisis.. Its more or less like an extended reception.. We ordered a cappuccino and a Earl Greys tea.. It came with complimentary cookies.. The coffee wasnt bad.. :DThey could have put a little bit more though with the placement.. And I was expecting it to have more desserts.. Which was a let down.. They had like two pastries..Over all a nice place to catch up :D❤❤
