After a visit to Siruseri Sipcot along with some Japanese colleagues,we decided to head to Days Hotel to grab a bite to eat.We decided to try out the the buffet at Nutcracker restaurant.It was a well laid out spread of salads,mains and desserts and they served us some starters on the table .As I was vegetarian for the day ,I started off with some Chettinad Paneer Rolls ,Veg Croquettes and my Japanese friends favourite – Baby corn Tempura which tasted good with the Ponzi dipping sauce.My companions were happy with their starters too- Barbecue Chicken balls,Koftas and Chicken Drumsticks.I tired the veg pulao and the Alfredo Pasta from the buffet ,both of which were tasty.As I was off sweets didn’t try the desserts though my friends did say they were good.It was an enjoyable meal in pleasant surroundings.
