Stayed at Sea La Vie for a couple of days- the resort by itself is pretty amazing with its own pretty much private beach. The rooms are clean, neat and quite good.So we ending up eating multiple meals at this Restaurant. The breakfast is usually mostly South Indian cuisine. Pooris, Idlies, and Dosas are the staple. Eating those hot pooris every morning was a different kind of joy. They have boiled eggs- but no other kind of egg in their buffet. Neither is there anything non vegetarian. We tried their Chinese food- fried rice was pretty good. Their Dragon Chicken tasted like Chilly Chicken Masala with Cashews. Not something I would order again. The jumbo prawns weren’t as jumbo as I would have liked. Their club chicken Sandwich was okay. Consisted of boiled chicken, egg and cheese. It was served with some fries. I liked all of their fruit juices- seems fresh and they cut out the sugar cause I requested. Buttermilk was also on point. Overall, if you are staying at the resort and just want decent food – I would go for their food. Nothing to complain.They have three different seating spacing- indoors, outdoors and terrace.
