Went to this place today morning for breakfast. It is the worst experience I must have had in years. I ordered idly and Masala dosai. The Masala dosai was very thin. Usually one Masala dosai will fill Mt tummy but this one just tickled mine. Hence I was forced to order idly which was very mashy. The sambar was nothing but yellow warm water while the coconut chutney was good. But the real issue was the obnoxious server who was a elderly obese motor mouth. He was constantly giving commentary about how people are eating idly with lots of sambar and chutney. When I asked for extra cup of sambar and chutney he was giving me an obnoxious look as if I am asking for his property in my name. He dragged himself lethargically and gave me a teaspoon of sambar in the cup. When I confronted him he says he worked for 20 years in Saravana bhavan as waiter blah blah. Thank god the Saravana bhavan booted this fellow out. If this restaurant is going down then this guy will be the main reason among others.
