wrong delivery of item and and no complaint support. i ordered chicken lollypop biryani. but item was wrong and no chicken delivered. the restaurant is not accepting any complaint and when told to deliver another and take the wrong item, they are saying biryani jo more available, meaning leftover of other item was delivered to me. Delivery agent also sayizng that restaurant told that item is correct. moreover, the support system is not working simce long. kindly refund my money or I’ll lodge complaint in consumer forum.
One of the best biriyani places in the IIT-backgate area (it has several Andhra restaurants). I’ve ordered very frequently from here, never had a disappointing experience so far. Biriyani can be even spicier than what they serve though. Quantity is almost sufficient for two.

The mixed biryani has more oil than under the earth! They don’t understand if you tell them to make it non oily. The ingredient s were not bad but it should not be so spicy and oily that you sweat too much after you eat. It had this ordered in my home.

Worst experience. Ordered mushroom masala, instead they delivered mushroom biriyani(costly than chicken biriyani). This is not the first time. After repeated mistakes I am forced to write a review. And the funniest part is when I call them about the wrong delivery, they blame me instead. So guys may be you go for dine in but delivery is a strictly no-no from my side.
