food was awesome
Dilivered after 1.45 hr. My extra chhole also not there. But money took. Online payment not accepted for more then 10 times. Worst experience in zomato ever.
Decent place to dine in! It’s a small dine in place which sells decent parathas overall a happy place to dine in!Recently this is moved inside kake da Punjabi dhaba. Tried Paan lassi and Mango lassi both were good and for a South Indian it tasted good
I ordered 3 parathas. Aalo pyaj , paneer and chees capsicum paratha. Very very less stuffing. I can not feel chees in chees paratha. Only capsicum are there. Same for other two. it’s like I ordered plain paratha. Very very disappointed. I will not suggest this restaurant for parathas.
Went here for a quick dinner. The ambience is good. They have seating on ground and first floor. But I will have to agree with the other reviewers about the service being too delayed. I ordered just one parantha (tandoor, not tawa) but waited for more than 20 minutes to receive it. It felt tasteless. The honey chilli potato was delivered after not a very long wait, but for Rs.190 the quantity did not even fill the small pan in which it was brought. The taste was good.Shared my review with the owner at the reception and she was very much willing to listen and improve. Hope to have a better experience next time.
Lassi Di Hatti is an incy wincy outlet on the stretch of MGR Salai. I was looking at an option to eat lunch and this fancy little place caught my attention. There is a cool dude sardar wearing sunglasses which depicts the logo of this outlet and there is also a statue of a turban clad Punjabi person depicted at the entrance. It kind of infuses the shiz and they’ve done their decor pretty well considering the space constraints. There is a lovely wall art portraying all the bindaas of this larger than life town of Punjab. There are just 3 small tables with cane seating arrangement. The menu is just a simple 2 side slider with options of parantha’s and chole Bhatoora along with a few combos on the eating side and for drinks they have a variety fare of flavoured Lassi’s in addition to quite a few types of Punjabi Beer. The advantage is they have half and full size on the beverages.I placed an order for a cheese capsicum parantha and a smoked punjabi beer. The Parantha was pretty good suffused with stuffing of the mentioned ingredients. The capsicums stuck well inside the layering cheese mix. I thought it was overall pretty flavourful just that I felt the cheese bit could have been additionally coated with some masala. The buttermilk ala Punjabi beer was infused with a bit of green herbs and spices and I enjoyed this refreshing drink. The small size itself was quite big.I liked whatever I had and would love to try their chole bhatoora and also combo meals during my next visit. And not to mention the lassis in exotic flavours like chocolate, strawberry, rabdi etc which is supposed to be their specialty. The prices are a tad on the higher side.On the whole, this outlet defines the dhinchak and serves pretty sumptuous food with a punjabi touch in this stretch of the horizon. Considering there aren’t too many options on North Indian round this vicinity, I definitely expect to visit this joint more often.
