I ordered chicken briyani on May 6th at 2.37pm and I was waiting even after 3 O’ clock. A staff from Zomato called and said chicken briyani is not available in the restaurant around 3.30pm. She asked me whether I want any other item in the restaurant I said no, so she cancelled the order. But the worst thing is the status about my order showed the restaurant charged money for the food I ordered. They are charging money for the unserved food.
