My rating is applicable to zamoto and not to the Buhari Hotel that is my favourite hotel known to me long time back. I ordered veg food from another restaurant along with this. But it was not taken up and I chatted with some one in zamoto to help me. He asked me to place another order. I did and got the food. In this case Buhari supplied and the delivery boy delivered on time. I did not get the discount of RS 150. When I talked to Tamoti executive, he asked me to reject the parcel. I told him I ordered the food to eat and not to reject. What should I do now. The boy was looking very pathetic bacuse RS 565 would be deducted in his salary. Thank God I did not mind paying the amount with out discount though I did not get any discount for both orders. One was paid online and the other on delivery. Now I resolved not to deal with zamoto even if I want my favourite Buhari food. I can not reject my food that I ordered as the zamoto executive said. Very cruel and cold response to the customers.
