During online I just ordered for two chicken biryani but they provided only one. Later I tried contacting the delivery person but no response. I tried calling the hotel but the answer I received was totally terrible that they are asking me either to come and take the missed biryani by myself or come to hotel tomorrow and eat. Such a disgusting answer for hotel. Its totally insane that they answered me this. They don’t feel sorry for their mistake instead they are asking me to get my food by my own. I am mad on ordering food online. This is not the first time happening to me.
