Good value for money. Right at the centre of he town. Veg thali is super and a must try. Not too many items , so you won’t get lost . Once you finish eating, don’t leave without having a buttermilk . All items are little spicy , but nice considering the cold climate .
This place is located just in the middle of town ,it is very easy to locate, we went here for dinner when we wanted to have some north indian food. It has very nice interiors with classy portraits hanging on the wall will give you knowledge about different things.We ordered dal tadka, paneer butter masala with chapatis. The service is very quick and they give plates with banana leaf on it. Our food came with in no time and taste was also good . Everything was nice, rotis were not properly baked which we asked the person and he baked them again.Prices are also reasonable and the quality was good. foodtravelpedia.wordpress.com
Nice place fast service and of course if you love typical Tamil meals this one is right choice. When you are in Rome be a Roman so when you are in ooty want to taste something local this one you must try and I am quite confident you love the food.
Very TastyThe ambience of the hotel is pleasant. The portraits hanging on the wall gives a classy touch to the restaurant. It is nice family restaurant. I tried Wellington Paratta which is one of their specials. It did not disappoint me. Of course, it was devouring and mouth watering (even now) . The biryani is average and bit spicy. The chicken 65 tasted usual, like in any other restaurant. But fish was great. Crispy and yummy. I didn’t have the opportunity explore much of their menu. Have to visit again to explore more. This place is famous in the locality and won’t disappoint you. The hotel management do have to improve their service standards. When we visited there was some commotion (in the near table) in taking and delivering orders. Visit this place for a heavy and devouring lunch.
The food is bad. The service is bad. Everything about this place disappointed me, including the surprisingly undercooked rotis. Try to avoid this place. Anywhere else but blue hills.

First being Blue hills at upper bazxar road.The hotel was very good for family lunch. Similar to military hotels/ Mess type food.Chicken 65 and fish fry was very good. Mutton chukka was little harder but masala was good,Kemma parotta was soft and meat gelled. one cannot eat all 4 pieces. Biriyani had chicken with leg piece fried and served with siragaa samba rice. Fried rice and aloo for veggie was decent.
