The prepared food quality is very worst. Whatever I ordered online, it is very badly prepared. How they r running a hotel. The name of the hotel should be worst quality hotel. It gave me very bad experience here. Total wastage of money.

Visited this place while our Ooty Tour.We were in search of a good Chinese Restaurant but end up in this place.We ordered Chilly Chicken(It was not in the menu) and Veg Garlic NoodleThe taste was average for both the dishes. Noodle was better than we expected.Overall, a good family restaurant next to the main road.Ambiance -3⭐Food-3⭐Service -2⭐Value for money -2⭐
Horrible food. Don’t even think about eating here. They make u wait for 45 mins for a simple fried rice. Also all 4 of us ended up with terrible stomach upset. Wonder why zomato ties up with such horrible places.
The food quality was pathetic, specially palak paneer, Even the steamed rice was watery. The service was fine, but may be they seriously need to think about the quality of food served.The chicken balls kofta was ok
Went there on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm for lunch. The place was crowded and had only two or 3 waiters.Several of the buffet brunch items were empty and not refilled. So we settled for a la carte. It took a long time for them to just take the order.The special firewood chicken Biryani was amongst the worst I had ever had. The other items like noodles, chicken Chettinad, rotis etc were ok.
