This was the hotel I was staying in OOTY. The service and staff both were friendly , jolly and very good . The ambience is not WOW but I didn’t much hate it too. The food was good. We loved the buffet breakfast including the other meals we had in the hotel . The staff is very open to suggestions also. They even offered desserts from the buffet to us even if we had gone for a la carte . The Kerala paratha is a must try. It was great environment !
