Visited Smoke Hub Velachery a couple of weeks back. It was a team lunch on a weekday. Though having booked the table for the team & having reached the place on time, we had to wait for more than 20 minutes. The starters were a bit delayed as well so people started to get the soups, chats and other snack items on the counter. The starters on the grill were pretty good except that we had to request a few times for the repeats. The dishes on the buffet were on the expected lines with Biryani standing out. Desert options on display were limited but the Pan Ice Cream on the cold stone counter was refreshing. The idea of using counters for chats, deserts, kulfi, pizza is very good but it’s taking quite a bit of time on these counters for the items to be served. Overall, I’d say it was good but hoped that the service was a little better.

I really hope the management do something about it else you’ll run out of customers soon. Other bbq in the neighbourhood are way better. ARUN the manager was very receptive to feedback , I sincerely hope he finds a better restaurant to work.
A group of 4 people visited this place on a Thursday evening. Inspite of the weekend, the crowd in this place was good. Mnjirul Hossain And marimuthu served us the best of starters. The refilling was fast and the quality was good. The menu was very elaborate. The desserts were just wow. Too many options to binge into. A good service and food overall.
The minute I stepped into the place , the ambience caught my eyes . Wide space with many seatings available and it is family friendly as well . They have a separate area of fun for kids and VR gaming as well. The food was delicious . Right from the grilled starters , the starters served on the table , the live counters for dosa , pasta , pizza , desserts and what not ? It is one of the best barbeque set ups I’ve been to and I loved it to bits . Will definitely go back anyday and enjoy the experience all over again ❤
