The best restaurant in Mahabalipuram / Mahabs with rooms for stay which is much closer to the sea, the sea food they serve is the best and pricing are nominal compared to other restaurants in mahabs – must visit place to have an incredible experience with family/friends.
My hubby have been here many times with his friends so he decided to take his family for Christmas holidays. It is located in busy road with balcony and can enjoy sightseeing with food. We have tasted dosa, prawn curry, Naan and paneer masala, French toast , Chocolate pan cake, masala omelette and egg sandwich. No words . It’s really incredible and worth spending. Service is good and very friendly staffs . If you are heading to mahabs don’t miss this place

Spacious place with good music but the food isn’t great. Sandwich, chapati, daal, paneer curry, pancakes were very okayish. French fries weren’t great. Pasta tasted better than any other dish. Friendly staff. Late service.
love it! The New Cafe is a decent and clean restaurant with very tasty fresh food. Can’t complain about the price too! I’ve been there quite a few times, usually with the whole family or some friends from Chennai. Love their seafood, butter garlic fried prawns. Veg food is delicious too, cashewnut curry and cashew nut rice awesome! They have nice music, friendly service and overall great experience. Check it out, you’ll love it!
