I am trying to get lean but add mass to my body. So I went with get diety’s monthly plan. They ask for our goals first. I mean it’s something new with food delivery company right? We discussed my health goals, I was asked about any health complications I have or food allergy. Then there was an elaborate call where they helped me choose the food based on my goals. High on protein and low in fat. They offered suggestions, made changes and came with a plan which fits exactly my required calories intake. I tried their food twice before I enrolled into a plan. The food is amazing. I was expecting bland food to be honest. I mean it is dieting right? Tongue and taste buds are not part of equation. But not with get Diety. Lip smacking food, portion depends on your macros. I am very much looking forward to see how this is going to transform me. Also, the customer service is a delight. I have not heard a single no till now. Go for it.
