The worst place to eat in Anna Nagar, starve yourself than eating in this useless place. Nothing was given in the meals only rice and rasam. Daylight robbery with a fake menu and the servers have no place to serve anyone. Don’t don’t don’t
**DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT**My wife and I visited this restaurant on a Friday afternoon and the place was very empty. They made us sit in a 4 seater table. It was not comfortable as a couple behind us had their chair pushed to the back so I requested to be moved to a bigger table. The waiter was very reluctant to give us the table even though the place was empty but he finally gave us the table. After few minutes he asked us to sit in the same row so that they can accommodate if more people come in. They don’t understand the concept of privacy. Do you think we pay so much money for our food so that we can share the table with strangers? Absolutely pathetic. I walked away without eating. I will never visit this restaurant again and will not recommend to anyone else.
Today evening myself and my friend visited for dinner and went through the menu card and wondered that it had Chinese, Chetinad, North Indian varieties. I preferred Chetinad menu and ordered kal dosai and prawn thokku sankara fish fry, nandu puttu. To my surprise kal dosai was big in size and soft went well with prawn thokku. The highlight was the karuvattu kozhambu. Excellent taste and got two more extra. No smell of karuvadu and was the best dish of all in this restaurant. Licked my ginger and had extra kal dosai for only to taste the karuvadu kozhambu. Briyani was good. Meen kuzhambu was another tongue licking taste. Finished with a paneer soda. Next time have to taste jigartanda one of the famous item in the hotel menu. Sure to visit repeated with family next time.
I have no idea how this restaurant is in business. Entered this place seeing a beautiful lushly green setup. Ordered biryani and a dosa. The big dosa was presented on a palm sized plate which touched the table as soon as the waiter placed it on the table with cold chutneys and sambhar. Tasted ok. Coming to the biryani, this is the mushy rice they gave. On enquiring they said that today biryani turned out mushy. I’m still shook by their response. For a restaurant that is struggling so much with taste and perfection, the price is too high. Hope the management takes corrective measures.
