This place is not so much worth. It is not like a hotel it’s a home . The food is not so much worth and the rate is too high and the taste is not like the Kumbakonam . It’s like a road shop taste they are keeping the chicken fry is like a road shop Taste.. The food taste is not so good . Many default are there the AC not working properly and they are maintaining the restaurant in a home. Not worth for the rate and Taste..
Me and My Wife went to this place around 7.30 pm yesterday. We have never seen such a horrible shoddy service anywhere. First of all the Restaurant had a CLOSED board outside even at 7.30 pm when a Family was dining inside. Even after three different people complained, they dint feel it necessary to change the Board to OPEN. Even after 10 minutes, there was no one to take order also. Finally when they came to take order, he was not even knowing what fish fry is there. This is the beginning of a long ordeal. Understanding their lousy service, we just ordered 2 dosas with chicken curry and one fish fry – the basic dish. Unfortunately, we had to wait for 45 minutes to get our dish and the worst part is they just took fish fry from the Fridge and not even bothered to heat it and served it cold. The entire team is fumbling and messing up so much, it was a huge disappointment for us.All this fumbling though only we where there next to the eight member family who where there before us and who where also going thru the same trauma. With this kind of third rate service and care, this restaurant may find going very tough in the days to come. We came back with a head ache and a very bad mood – for no fault of ours.Hope with this kind of review – they wake up to the fact and address issues.
