What a disappointing day it waz! I had ordered a customised cake – wen explained clearly step by step, I din expect them to flop it up so badly(check the Whatsapp screenshots). We had ordered once previously(the batman cake in the attached images) since it waz nice- we ordered again. This cake I ordered on behalf of Ma frnd, So I was totally responsible for the cake. The end product waz so disheartening! Wen we went to collect the cake we didn’t lyk it at all. Dey said they ll change and give, but the concern person wasn’t available so the person hu was there openly agreed that she can’t do the way v expect, but she ll try her 100% but don ask if it doesn’t come out well. In the end they wer lyk this cake is only available, if v want v hav to take it else dey can’t help It. Last min we were clueless of wer to go n get the cake. The solution dey came up with – they ll give a contact no if v contact dem dey ll make d cake in 30 mins. V wer forced to go there and they weren’t able to bake the cake coz their kitchen is closed already. So again a flop by Bake o’clock! I’ll never ever recommend them to anyone! They don’t even know how to behave with the customers! Oh yea, this cake was ₹1700 only!

White Chocolate Raspberry mousse jar, White Chocolate Strawberry mousse jar, Red velvet cream cheese brownies, nutella cupcakes, and the ferrero rocher cake are the BEST of the lot. They design their products with much detail and care sure to reach the customer’s expectations. A big thumbs up to Bake O’clock by a happy customer!
Ordered a cake for a birthday and anniversary both were superb in both taste and presentation .A must try as you will not be disappointed. Kudos keep up the good work.
Awesome cakes !! Recently ordered a chocolate ganache cake with Nutella. N the taste was to die for. Superb cupcakes too. Really soft n spongy n fresh.
The cakes are to die for, especially the Oreo cheese cake and Ferraro Rocher cake. A must try and definitely won’t be upset with any orders. Well done, keep the good work going 🙂
