Stale and burnt food was served with absolutely no second thoughts or regrets. Astonished as to how they served old and refrigerated food at a place that has held the fame for fresh and delicious food for decades. Shame. Lost 4 customers.
The worst experience ever! Thought it would be different from the other Buharis, but it’s the same. The welcome drink was served in sticky plastic glasses, the menus were sticky too. The AC wasn’t even enough, they clearly weren’t prepared. Biriyani – their specialty, was served close to cold and the brinjal gravy that comes along with it was spoilt. When we complained to the Manager, he brought back more of it (which we didn’t taste and sent back ‘cos of the reason he gave), he said it’s probably ‘cos of the AC, that he tasted it and it was fine. He brought it back in the same container and spoon, God knows if he tasted it with the same spoon, added more and brought it back or got some from a different batch. It’s one thing to rectify mistakes and another to have blatant disregard and blame it on frivolous reasons like the AC. Can someone not taste food that has gone bad and spoilt?
the ambiance is great. it is designed in a vintage fashion, maharaja style. the ground floor has a big chandelier which glitters like diamond. the service is good and the taste is like any other buhari restaurant.
Been there thrice the ambience is lit with typical royal set up. About the food*I loved their briyani*I tried both mutton and chicken,*we had kebab in our last visit but I felt it was not fresh*I love their soup buhari special soup I guess I’m not wrong with coconut milk i was soo good*fish fingers was okay.*Dragon chicken was also great.quantity is good nothing to complain about. Overall a great place to visit with family.
Grill chicken is soft and spicy with masala overload and more on salty side. Maybe they can reduce the amount of masala.Shawarma was okay. Maybe they can reduce the cabbage and add more flavourinWill be back to try out more
I’ve been here for several time, the food is really good. mutton pepper soup,Chicken lemonade, fish fingers are the best in staters. Briyani and kothu Parota are also really good
Except for the ambiance which is lovely, the food is horrible, really. Hated it. Ordered mutton biriyani, buhari veg biriyani, chicken tikka.
