Well this place is amazing and a must try for everyone in chennai.Lovely concept, amazing food / quality. I personally loved it. Just so yumm the naan bread was too good, and the panner filling was excellent. I would definitely go there to try out the sweet options they have to offer

I gave the new trend of Chimney Cake restaurants a try by visiting Budapesy Bakehouee. I ordered the Paneer Makhanwala chimney and a Paneer Chimney cake. The former was 100 while the Chimney cake was 80 with 20 for garlic dip. The Chimney tasted very good and cripsy, hot. However though they mentioned it as a a medium size, it was actually much smaller than what I imagined it to be and felt nowhere filling after having an entire dish. The Chimney cake, I was told that they won’t have a stuffing. I assumed that it’ll have just the bread piece with no stuffing. But I realized I am served just the outer crust with absolutely nothing inside and this too me was a big disappointment. Not commenting about the prices but if they can improve the sizes to atleast 1.5 times of what it is for a medium size it might make sense.Thought of giving 4, but they don’t serve water complimentary. So that’s a – 1 muralikarthik.in

This is a first time I tried a Hungarian dish and I loved what I had at The Budapest Bakehouse.A real value for money i must say.I tried the spicy Italian chicken and the Mac and cheese with sausage. The Mac and cheese lacked a bit of the cheesy flavour. I felt it was too flat. The spicy Italian chicken was good in its flavour but the cheese was not up to the mark. The one thing which blew my mind off was the quality of the bread. It was fantastic.I am yet to try the sweet dishes here, for which I will be returning soon as they have an amazing variety in that as well. All in all, I loved the concept of this place, food is delicious but the sauce needs more zest and it is definitely a big value for money.

A variety of choices from sweet to savoury and uniquely curated vegan bread from the streets of Hungary with an Indian touch to enrich our taste buds, The iconic brand has opened up in our very own Chennai finally!! Their savoury options can be customised and are curated to serve various spice tolerance levels which is something unique I got to see.I got my hands on the paneer makhanwala, butter chicken, kheema, coconutty and brownie shake out of which the coconutty is one that I absolutely loved and will definitely head back for!

A new experience trying savory chimney. Was recommended hot cottage with spicy creamy gravy filling. It was worth a try. Prices are good for savory they can add the same for chimney cakes felt that to be expensive.
