I don’t know why they try to even emulate Bangalore style south indian food when it doesn’t even taste a bit like it. Their idli and chutney tastes like any other average south indian restaurant from Tamil nadu. There’s not even a hint of Bangalorean impact on the taste. And they are freaking expensive. PS- I had gone when it newly opened. And, the experience didn’t encourage me to repeat the place.

After a long hunt and wait finally got to try out this hotel. Had tried 3 items thattu idly, mysore masala dosa and chef choice dosa (not mentioned in menu). All of them where yummiest. Desperately waiting for next chance to go there and explore other items.Finding the restaurant may be difficult, it is at the ground floor attached to Brown tree.

Overall good food the Idly can be improved more, the Vada and Dosas were superb, it was great taste the green chutney was disappointing, the white chutney and sambar was good, overall it is good and it can be improved a lot on idly and green chutney, must try the vada and dosas variety.

The best things first It’s an small but good place inside the brown tree bakery , pure vegetarian , when I went it was not crowded at all , It’s all about South Indian limited menu , What I tried Is Idly Medu vada Plain dossa And Rose milk The best was their medu vada , Prepared fresh and it was red in colour very fresh and hot and crispy and tasty , it tasted great with chutney, Brave attempt to reach near Brahmins medu vadaBrave attempt to reach near Krishna prasds vadaSo will rate vada high Sambar was different and tasty , Dossa was good Rose milk was good too Idly needs to improve Idly was not bad but it should be smoky , Good place overall Worth going

Went here on a week day. The ambience was good. Thattu idli and coffee were good. Sambhar was a little bit sweet. Mysore masala dosa was good but too spicy. Service was good. Food is ok. Don’t expect too much. Just a good get-together place for small group.
