Visited this place for dinner. Burgers and sandwiches were not that great. Fish and chips was awesome. Chocolate brownie with warm chocolate is a must try. This is the best brownie I’ve tried so far. Service is very poor. Ambience was good but there was water leaking from the roof. As it’s situated in a hotel, parking is not an issue.Taste : 3.5/5Price : 3/5Service : 1/5Ambience : 3/5

The Pride Hotel, wanted to have dinner and this place seemed decent. Didn’t check out the reviews at all. Went in. They said there was valet parking, but no one was there to take our car. we had to wait for a couple of minutes then a guy came and took the keys. Little bit of disappointment over there. We entered the hotel and there was this awkward smell, dunno what that was. It was late as well so just wanted to have some food. After some time we got used with the smell(had no other option). The place is so poorly maintained. Ambiance is kind of okay. Maybe below average. There was buffet but we didn’t want to try that; so we went for a-la-carte. Beef stake was available so I didn’t check for anything else. Ordered one medium done and one well done and they said it would take 20 mins which was okay. But we had to wait for 45 minutes for our food! And there was not even some kind of fires given to us so that we wont get bored waiting. We were waiting and we even lost the interest of eating! One good thing was atleast the staff apologized for making us wait for a long time. Finally our food came, the beef loaf was looking like a cutlet! I asked for a medium done and what i got was well done! In a place like this it was not a shocker! No barbecue sauce available, and the the mashed potato was horrible. Then he said he would give some rice which was okay.I would never recommend this place to anyone. A Big NO!!

One of the Resturant in Pride hotel . The place is situated in the heart of the city . The place & ambience is ok , nothing much to it . The food also is ok , not value for money . Had to improve on quality , variety of food and service . The sandwich is decent . The South Indian fare of idli, dosai , poori need to improve on terms of quality . Would not recommend as a place to eat with either family or friends .

As always, we were very skeptical of a restaurant in a hotel. Calling it Cafe Treat did not make us feel more optimistic, and the end experience was very much in line with those apprehensions.Since this is in a hotel, parking isn’t as issue. The restaurant is off the lobby and is clearly shoehorned into whatever space waa available, resulting in an oddly shaped room. There is no decor, and unusually not even an attempt to make the place look fancy which is something most hotels try to do.Since this was a buffet, we couldn’t really evaluate the service. The food was very sub average, and we suspect most of it was leftovers. A lot of buffets suffer from trying to do too much, and this one does as well. They have tried to jam in as many cuisines as they can, and none of the dishes work at all. The food is as disinterested as the decor.Pricing for the ambiance and food is far too high. Overall Conclusion: Cafe Treat is clearly the hotel trying to get some visitors to spend some money while staying with them. They are listed extensively on Groupon, but even with the discount, this is a waste of time and money
