Absolutely terrible experience. We had ordered cupcakes and paid for them. They even asked for the location details to be shared the morning of the delivery. What do I say, just the perfect way to raise zero suspicion. From then on, no calls were answered (phone was switched off!), Instagram messages were seen but not responded to. We even went to the address given in Google/Zomato, only to see a locked door, although we even heard from the watchmen that they were even there that morning. If at all there was an emergency and you could not deliver, the least you do is inform your customer. Bakehouse 23 is clearly run by people who have no values and no respect for customers. We still have not received a refund as well, what more can we expect from people who do not even respond to messages. Please avoid people!

We directly went to her address and she wasn’t available! Looks like this isn’t the first time, we heard similar reviews of this team! She hasn’t responded to our WhatsApp messages, calls and Instagram messages! Initially, we decide to let go, but realised nobody else should get fooled/looted/blinded by their amazing posts and bad customer service! We were quite patient and didn’t want to bring down the brand, but we have waited for a month and cannot any longer!
Highly unprofessional. I had placed an order for a cake and got a confirmation from them that it would be ready the day I asked. On the day it had to be collected, they never bothered getting back or responding to my calls. I had someone sent to the above said address and it was closed. Pathetic experience to say the least

Terrible customer service ,no confirmation and no proof nothing ,no contact maintained and none of their no’s.work.Atleast maintain one number that is is reachable for the customer.Dissappointed
