Amadora is definitely one of my favourite spots in chennai to grab some icecream to make my day better. Though it’s expensive for the quantity we get to experience, the quality and taste would rarely fail to impress. My personal favourite would be dark chocolate sorbet. It is rich in taste and would legit make you to crave for one more scoop. And the one I disliked the most would be the cerlac icecream. Though it did justice to the cerlac flavour, I personally thought that it didn’t go well as an icecream.Ambience – It’s a neat and a cute outlet to experience the bliss of the icecream. The cozy sofa near the entrance would be my favourite spot.
Visited Amadora Gourmet Ice cream with high expectations but the visit here was a major letdown. On the staff’s recommendation we tried their salted caramel flavor and white chocolate and raspberry flavor.Both flavors were disappointing to say the least. The salted caramel was too salty for my liking. They could probably reduce the quantity of salt in the ice cream. White chocolate and raspberry was extremely sweet and somehow I didn’t like the flavor.Priced at 220 rupees per scoop the quantity served doesn’t do justice to the price charged.
