We had Pralica. It is chocolate mousse with almond paste on a cake base and apricot bed. Topped with chocolate dipped roasted almonds and rice cracker balls. The texture was harshly cold denyiny the creaminess anyone would expect in a mousse. Anyway it was accompanied by a scoop of icecream.
