  I hunt for cafes in Chennai with good outdoor seating so i can chill with smokes, good food and drinks.@convocafechennai is perfect in every which way!Located in t Nagar and Adyar, the place is done up nicely and serves continental and asian food!   We went there around 1.45 pm for lunch on a Sunday and the place was deserted. We were told to sit in the outdoors as a group had booked. It was too hot that day. We came thinking we could play some board game but it was probably only for the ac seaters.Finding the place from the road is tough as there as no boards outside . The place is tucked inside a small lane which makes it tough to be spotted .We ordered code white( lasagna ) and risotto veg . We didn’t like both. It was so bland. Cranberry soda was good though . Felt the place was so expensive but the food wasn’t good . Surely liked the ambience .

  Convo C17 is one of the many underrated Cafe’s in Chennai that serve really good food. Their innovative board games makes waiting time seem really less, even when you would realise it is slightly more than usual after you leave the restaurant.Convo’s Signature Chicken Kiev. (*_*)Green Pasta with Garlic Prawn.Chilli Thai Lamb. (*_*)Smokey Hot Wings. (*_*)Prawn’s Punch.Brownie Pizza.A special mention to the Signature Chicken Kiev, one of the best dishes I’ve eaten till date. The breaded chicken had some sauce stuffed inside, which when eaten with mashed potato gives you the ultimate chills.Negatives are definitely inconsistency, as all dishes aren’t as lovely and service was a wee bit slower than average.Cost to quality ratio was satisfactory, something most Cafe’s lack these days.*MUST VISIT ONCE*
