A great place to chill and chat with colleagues. We had a lot of official meetings too. Even when I think about their masala peanuts with lime and chips, my mouth waters. The pepper chicken and masala egg is a must try.
I visited the one in the basement. The interiors are decent but if the lighting was brighter, it would look even better. A table in the corner was unoccupied so I rushed to take it but when I went close, I realized that the roof was leaking. I had to sit right in the front of big screen. I find it very hard to believe most of the bars here don’t keep KF Strong. The staff was very polite when I wanted to change the table. Have to try out the roof top bar here.

I know friends who have been coming here for even longer!So obviously I am a little biased to this place!Its a basic place, nice AC, chilled beer, but limited choice of liquor, tasty side-eats and good food. Was at the roof top here.. What a place to chill out on a Saturday night..!! Excellent view of the city, not suggested when it is humid.. It was absolutely breezy when we were there.. Projector screen TV.. Can clearly see a lot of on the ground sales teams winding up their week here on Saturday evenings.. Very polite service folks, very decent food – both choice and taste.. Neither too pricey nor pocket friendly..!! Chilled glass for beer, salad, peanuts/chips but their choice for beer is not there (not stocked up enough for the weekends)..!!Overall,Food – 3.5/5Service – 4.0/5Ambiance – 4.0/5Value for Money – 3.5/5
Really wonderful experience. Nice ambience. I have tried tequila. It was good. Food was good too. Service also nice. Smoking area is a prob as no much space and ventilation.
Liquor on the roof top. A good view of the city skyline, the aircraft landing path are right above the place. But, the sound doesn’t disturb. On a cool day it will be a great place to sit, else humidity might create issues. Food very average and the service time is like test cricket batting.
If your in for some cricket, roof top fun, liquor, breeze and want to enjoy some lip smacking food, this is your place. We went down for an IPL match. They have this IPL special dish that mainly focuses on Kebabs. Special mentions were the Tomato murgh kebab and the cheese kebab. Spicy, lip smacking kebabs. We also ordered crispy lamb. It was cooked to perfection. As for the main course we ordered 3 mutton biryani and 1 egg fried rice.The mutton biryani was entirely different. It’s flavor, the rice, piece everything was apt. The kogsthu/thoku/masala for the biryani is what sets its apart from other biryanis in chennai. Make sure you ask for more thoku. The quantity serves one person easily. The egg fried rice was good as well.Would definitely return back for the Tomato murgh kebab, cheese kebab and the mutton biryani.Now let the pics do the talking 🙂
