Been here for an Year end celebration from office . Observations are quite straight forwardAmbiance : GoodService : 2/5 as most of them missed to serve it with a smile. Only person who was trying to meet the expectations was the bartender. He was patiently serving and catering to most of our request. Lead Waiter was not answering anything straight .Parking : valetFood :Starters were just average but the frequency of reaching to nearly 150 people was really badFish finger was good , chicken tikka average , paneer tikka average , peanut masala was good , welcome drink : some flavoured lassi was goodMain course : didn’t try much as stomach didn’t allowMutton biriyani was more than averageChicken butter masala was below averageSweet dishGulab jamun was bad
It’s not that great place in Chennai, we had been there with our clients. Had some beers and chicken for the price they charged you will get peanuts only as a complimentary they can’t match even a 2star serviced hotel. The music played also very bad. Totaly it’s not worth the money and Happening place in chennai. If your looking for fun, dance, exact party mood
This place treats people like shit when it comes to Groupon orders. The best part is they want orders from Groupon but they don’t live upto to the expectations what is mentioned in the Groupon offer. They have lot of hidden rules and they never publish it in the offer. Dear Accord management,if you want customers to come often please make your groupon offers as transparent as possible. I Accompanied my friends who bought groupon offers for your Resturant and bar and had horrible time to make you guyz understand and then you accepted it. We come to have a good time to eat and drink. So rest your customers and be as transparent as possible in groupon offers.
The place was a great vibe before but now its lost charm . Not really know the reason but still did not the reason for going there again. may be management problem. Not cleaned at all also.
