Horrible experience at their newly opened West Mambalam outlet. The packing is horrible for larger orders. They miss out on items they promise to deliver and wont even care to inform about the same. Also when we ask for bills they will promise to give but then you have to keep calling and reminding them for the same. For saving on paying their shop GST they will say that they can only give hand written bills which is still not provided. Careless, Rude and impolite management.
