This rating is not for the food(I love the biriyani here) but for the billing of the food. Today I had worsttttttt experience with this hotel. Today I ordered 3 set of rotis and one aloo Gobi masala. But by mistake the person made bill for chicken masala. I said, I didn’t order chicken masala ,why you entered chicken masala? He said , by mistake it happened sir but both chicken masala and aloo Gopi masala are same price, you can pay the bill. I asked How could chicken masala and aloo Gopi be same price? He didn’t accept his mistake and keeps on telling same price, same price.. I was in hurry to go to my home. So I didn’t argue much and paid the bill. but after checking the actual price of aloo Gopi in their menu in zomato the price is lesser. This is not just acceptable.. if you made bill wrongly, why customer have to pay for that? Don’t do this again for any customer.
I had Hyderabadi chicken biryani here, this was my second time in 6 months, in the meanwhile I had biryanis in other places but they didn’t tasted like here, paradise also changed its biryani’s taste and it was not like earlier, so I came back to eat here again for that particular taste, here biryani is very well cooked, and all flavours are well balanced and one of the best compared to other Hyderabadi biryanis which I get in chennai.
