Very Poor customer service. Their main focus is on making money. I won’t recommend anybody else to go their. Not at all customer friendly. Shouldn’t allow customer post 10 pm, if they have to close at 11pm. We entered at 10:30 pm and they allowed us with a fake smile. But within few mins started telling us to get all the items packed which we ordered as they were closing. Took whatever order possible from us so as to fill their pockets.Zomato should start providing 0 rating as well. Should have given this restaurant 0 rating.
F****ed up service please go. Somewhere else very bad service told us closing time 11:45 but told to go out at 11 and when we told we have not even opened bottles and snacks they said take parcel and go what the f dude we said cancel these two bottles and snacks but we argued and took bottles, snacks and went home
Staff isn’t trained to be hospitable to guests. Have encountered some very shocking rude and inhospitable behavior. The staff believe they’re doing a favour by running the joint.
Budget bar, located on the rooftop. Very spacious. They also offer complimentary side dishes with liquor. But the waiters are rude when you ask for refilling your peanuts. Also delay in service. They also don’t consider your discounts obtained from bookmyshow movie tickets purchased.
Very nice place, polite staff and a decent ambience. One of the good places to hangout with friends and have a few drinks. Cost wise it’s VFM.
Location – near to New Andhra meals Very nice place to hangout with friends.. compare to other place rate is and service is good .. Spicy andhra style chicken is also good.. Overall worth for money
