This is the 1st time I went to this restaurant with my friend and left the hotel immediately within 5 min after the seeing the service. Worst service. The waiter even doesn’t know the difference between starter and main course. Taking order by omitting our order. In the menu list there was a drink call Four Seasons. we enquired about that. But no one knows that. And we left the hotel within 5 min without even drinking a glass of water. And wonder no one in the hotel except the staffs.
Very bad experience. This restaurant was previously rawther briyani. After renovation they changed it to “Zarina”. It does’nt matter. However, a cup of mushroom soup took 30 mins exactly for them to serve. Since there is only one chef to cook for the whole restaurant. Where there are only 4 ppl including us. Very bad experience. Price is too high for their service and taste.
The dish on the menu said 6 pieces of tangdi nawabi kebabs but I got only 2. The paneer tikka was horrible and looked like someone rubbed lot of chilli powder on it. Not at worth 300 odd rupees for both dishes. This is my first time ordering here and disappointed.
