The service was very bad. People compelled us to take up the buffet which had few dishes. When we asked for menu card there were lot of confusion and they don’t know which is there signature dish and what is special for today. One of the staff told they have only normal dishes. They are not sure which dish s available with them. On top of it we waited about 40 mins to get our food. The waitress & waiters were polite enough to hear us. The other person had a lethargic attitude which was much more irritating. Pls don’t try their potato saladsIt s completely horrible!!
Loved the ambiance and service. Dishes were great. Mostly loved the à la carte menu. Dishes were delicious. Great service by the staff. A royal touch to the restaurant was awesome.
Very bad experience..worst food and bad hospitality..not worth for money.i dnt want to give even a single star to them.v made a blunder of selecting buffet..

Had a great evening at Royal Palate, the ambience is great and the service is excellent by Mr.Ganesh and staff.The quality of food is good and one of the perfect place for starters that match the pungency of Andhra, Main Course is good and overall had a great time with this restaurant.
