This hotel is not that good after it got rebranded from saga , the waiters are playfull and keep running and playing between them while u are seated and waiting for some.one to take ur orders in first floor , worst irresponsible bunch of people , the taste is not that good and prices are too high , the water served smells bad and I feel sick and food poisoned eating here , don go to this hotel if u want good health and value for money
We went as a family on weekend,nice ambience,courtesy staff ,quality food and taste is good.
So me and my parents went here fooled by the fancy lights outside and the vegetarian symbol, we each ordered a dish(basic variety of dosas) and they got my parents dish on time and mine was being delayed, so minutes later the table next to us was cleared and new people came and sat and ordered, one of them ordered a ghee roast which I also ordered, minutes passed and the waiter comes with their dishes along with a ghee roast so I let a couple minutes pass and asked the waiter where is my food, he said it’s getting ready, I waited for about 35 mins from then and was about to cancel, and then he came with it and it wasn’t even hot, it was dry and cool, with cold sambhar, I just paid the bill and walked away, completely trash place, honestly would never come here again.
