I have ordered cupcakes yesterday and they have delivered stale and spoilt ones which are watery. Quite disappointed as it is delivered as a surprise. On top of it, they did not deliver the flavour I ordered instead they delivered the flavours they had. Not worth the price and quality is quite poor.
I ordered a cake for my dad’s birthday yesterday. It was a 1/2kg eggless blueberry cake. I was surprised to see that the cake was very pretty looking. But when we cut the cake yesterday, it was a nightmare. The cake was very stale and dry. It was definitely made at least a week ago. They charged rs450 for that cake and when I went to pick it up, they had added cgst 40 sgst 40 and packing charges 30. Which was way too much for that size cake. I would have still happily paid them if at least the cake was fresh! Disappointed!!
Their special menu for Cibo was surprisingly good. Not just the taste but the presentation as well. Would definitely recommend the Choco volcano and Tender coconut soufflé.

Way too OVER priced for the size of the portion served.
I’ve ordered late night from this restaurant and got utterly disappointed with the cheese cake and doughnut. There was literally nothing and they charged like 200. The cheesecake is 150 and there was no quantity compared to the price.
