Velu Military restaurant,one of the best outlet for chettinadu foodies, i love their nattukozhi and prawn fry(have tried in many restaurants but velu stood out of all by providing fresh prawns) thanks for such good satisfying food,keep rocking,one stop destination for all foodies

Food is served hot & very quick. Staffs are polite. Dish varieties are fine enough, price is moderate and affordable. I had some starters and the taste is good.
Had dinner here late night. The food had enough quantity but Prawn Biriyani was dry and was undercooked. But the Prawns in the Biriyani was well marinated and cooked to perfection. We also ordered Fish tikka which was okay. Looking for a little more pinch of salt and spice to the food.
An place to try out some authentic non veg dishes briyani was the star of the day was hot and seasoned perfectly not to oily. Panner butter masala was an perfect combination for pulka. They provide with complimentary chicken rasam the staffs were friendly and kind service was good
