Reviewing the Diwali lunch spread – hospitality was good. Menu for the day was described and we were given a welcome drink. The soup – paruppu inji charu was outstanding, hot and perfect for the October weather. What we liked the most was their starter platter that consisted of carrot adai, ragi mundiri paniyarams, mini podi idlies, paneer Tikka, grilled fruits , crispy cutlets. Everything was served crisp and steaming and tasted delicious. Kal Dosa and rotis were served on the table too. Opted to have the Kal Dosa dripping in ghee with murungai sambhar and vathakuzhambhu – a combination that was truly delicious. Found the main course to be ok, not bad with sambhar, rasam, salads, pasta, curd rice, etc. Desserts were passable – nothing much to impress. Overall good experience. .Follow me on Instagram!
