I recently ordered food from Sans Kolkata Biriyani for Rs.1053 through Zomato and food was spilled over inside the pack and cannot be eaten. Am Not sure if it is mistake by Restaurant staffs or Zomato delivery guy. I reached out to Zomato support team to take the food back and refund my amount but support system was not helpful.I felt my request was not addressed. Highly disappointed. However, I contacted Restaurant staff and they were polite and friendly in handling it and pointed it must have done by Zomato delivery.
