Ordered cake a day prior to event and estimated delivery time was 10-11 am.. But we received the cake by an hour late.. Also the taste sucks totally that it doesn’t worth for the money we pay! Don’t go for it..
I regularly order for my colleagues birthday from here and they gave prompt delivery, most of the cakes are good at dinner prices, some cakes like vanilla, butterscotch have more of whipped cream than the cake base which could be improved. Also, a suggestion to add note in the site where which customers can add any customization details on the cake.
Had eggless choco truffle came from this cafe recently which was ordered for my bday and it was just yum! One of the best eggless cakes in have had so far..it was so soft and tasty 🙂 All of my friends loved it! Would recommend this place if you are looking out for a cafe to order cake !
Cake was delivered clumsy and Spoiled my kid’s birthday. Moreover asking to pay full amount before delivery. Provided their employee number for google pay. After delivery they are following up for money which is already paid. No proper payment method and terms. Overall worst experience. Hope this happened as one time. They have good designs. If they make proper delivery and set professional delivery method then it will be good
Delicious cake and timely delivery. I ordered for the first time and I was a bit skeptical of the delivery time because it was raining. But the delivery was on time and they kept you updated through their messaging service. Service top notch, cake delicious and perfect pricing
Worst service. Please dont order here. They spoil the occasions. I recently ordered a photo cake . Worst delivery , when i opened the box, the cream in cake was completely messed up. They didnt even responded well when i complaint and they were not ready to replace the cake as well. I ordered from guindy branch.
