If you want to patronize a new restaurant business, you can choose this restaurant to patronize. But if you are looking for either reasonable response from the staff or the restaurant to listen to your order, it is better to look for some other restaurant.We don’t expect them to be top notch in good food or our choice of food. But they won’t even deliver what we choose from their own menu. They will unilaterally serve what they feel like or whatever is leftover. We can help them by paying for whatever food we get.Promising bait, always unkept!!
Would have given a negative rating if possible. The palak dosa was burnt and had burnt match stick. The plain dosa was undercooked. Sambar had strands of hair and was watery. Sambar idly too had strands of hair. Could not gather myself to open the upma packet. What sort of hygiene practices do they follow ? I had to throw all the food into trash. What do they think of the customers ?? They have pricing equivalent to other reputed restaurants. But standards fall below the acceptable levels. Other reviews have also mentioned about health issues. Such restaurants should be shut down.

Ordered 5 items, for myself, wife and daughter.1. Onion Uthappam – Worst ever Uthappam i’ve ever had. It was bland and rubbery.2. Kanchipuram Idly – Couldnt find even one dhall piece in that, it was just not white like regular idly.3. Vadacurry Idly – Ok, could eat it, cos of smell and taste of masala, not because it was yummy.4. Kothamalli dosa – worst ever. it was so salty, couldnt finish it. (it was combo with sambar idly)5. Sambar idly – No ghee, Sambar and idly couldnt gel and was just ok.Uthappam and dosa were smaller than the ones done at home. For all these items, just one pack sambar and no chutney was given. Worst experience with the restaurant. Swiggy has ordered this restaurant above 4, not sure who is worse among these two.
Food was not fresh. Seriously home cooked food would taste better. It was a total waste of money. Sambar was too salty, idlies were old like a day old.
I don’t have to review anything see the picture I uploaded u will understand. Unknowingly we ordered as the name was parambariam. Platform thalluvandi wud have been best than this. Ordered panner dosa. Opened pack suddenly got a sour bad smell. It was pure white thick uncooked. Watery sambar. Chutney was totally like trash. I don’t understand why swiggy accepted this restaurant. This should be closed immediately. And case has to be filed. Idli was like total food was wasted we throwed it away. People see the picture. I am typing do much bcuz am that angry.
