Worst customer service. I went there last evening and ordered two wrap but only one was served after 20 mins of waiting and there was no information about the other one. I was constantly asking about the other wrap but i was just asked to wait. At last i lost my patience and asked them to return my money.Adding further i saw many customers who left the place due to late service. Freakin fries factory only give preference for online orders and make people to wait who come there.
Bad food quality. I felt like 30 or 40 rs sandwich delivered instead of 100 RS sandwich.
I was expecting a cafe kind of a place but it’s actually like a street food shop. Not that it’s a problem, in fact I love that kind of places.As for the food, it’s good. Nothing less nothing more to say about that. I have had the sandwiches a couple of times. Would love it if they chopped the veggies but nevertheless, the taste is fine and they also maintain a neat place. As for the fries, they aren’t a biggy but if you are around the corner you can grab a quick bite. The place isn’t generally crowded so it can be a quick grab.Didn’t click pictures of the place but I have a few from my last home delivery. Check them out if it helps 🙂

The spicy chicken burger is so good. Omg it’s a must try. And the members working there are very friendly and they add extra mayonnaise and cheese as well.
