People have different views on svarga thinking it should be high expensive due to its looks and ambiance! Svarga gives a best in class multi cuisine at a very reasonable cost around vadavalli. Ambiance is amazing and we can also have surprise party within. Quality and taste is never compromised.
It is good restaurant, but I am forced to give poor rating because of their poor service. I stayed in this hotel ‘Svarga Residency’ and therefore had food here. Name of the restaurant is actually ‘Paper Bells’. I had dinner here. I ordered chettinad chicken and chapati. Chicken was really good, in fact awesome. Nicely coocked 2 pieces of chicken served with spicy gravy. Quantity was also sufficient, although vessel (handi) appeared small. Chapati was just normal (maids mixed, as usual). I had opportunity to taste vegetarian also as my friends on the same table having it. Dal fry was really good and served hot.As I stayed here also had complimentary breakfast which was served on buffet. Idli, dosa, vada, upma, poori, kesri bath were the items; no doubt all tasted good. It is a clean and neat restaurant, nice furniture etc. Although it us open to public mostly hotel residents ate here, therefore no crowd. Major problem of this restaurant is poorest service, slower than snail, takes long long time to serve. You actually need to shout at them. Once the food is served waiter don’t even looks at you, never ask what else is needed. After waving hand several times you need to yell ‘excuse me’ or ‘tambi’ you are lucky if he listens, otherwise get up and go to the cashier’s counter shout at him, then you are attended. Even during breakfast for serving tea, coffee you need to wait for long.Good luck ‘Paper Bells’, wakeup and improve your service.
It says home delivery but the hotel says it charges Rs 50 extra and that too for an address that is just less than a km away . Please stop fleecing customers . If you can’t deliver it’s ok but don’t mis guide people who genuinely are looking out for places that do home delivery
Four of us friends had dinner in Svarga this evening.Very good ambience, excellent service, great food and right price.We had a great Gobhi 65 for starters, cream of tomato soup, paneer dopyaza, aloo mattar, tandoori rotis and Hyderabadi Veg Biriyani. We liked all the dishes.The hotel wasn’t crowded at 7 pm (too early, maybe) and parking wasn’t a problem.I would rate the restaurant very good.
