I ordered two fish dish on Saturday. It was a very bad experience. The fish given in both the gravy (Kerala & chettinad) were very old and it was like dry fish instead of normal fish. It was harder than mutton to chew. I felt very bad after ordering here. Even the rice was half cooked. I hope they will ensure this kind of experience is not repeated for any customer.

It used to be very good and reliable but after getting popularity fish chain has reduced it’s quantity of both fish curry n rice and thokku and has also increased the prices. Plus o my god please please please reduce the amount of oil you use, do you think oil is a gravy??? See my picture, see how much oil is floating above the gravy. Reduce the oil
Foremost the initiative by fishchain deserves appreciation. I was really moved by their concept and packing. Please do keep up your quality in future without compromise.
To be frank I didn’t expect this much good quality of food the taste was awesome. I ordered Kerala fish curry meal along with prawn Biriyani. The food was really tasty. Only one suggestion for you guys don’t compromise with your quality as your customers increase.
