  Had mutton biriyani with my teammates.Biriyani was good with good quantity of pieces and egg for the quantity they served.However it is expensive for the quantity they served. Could have served more rice.Pieces were well cooked and proper fleshy pieces.Rice is well flavoured but a little bit oily.

  The biggest mistake I ever did in my life is by visiting this place after watching avengers movie without even having breakfast. We all were starving for food so decided to have biryani. I tried their takeaway biryani from their old shop a few months ago and thought this will also be the same but to our disappointment everything went wrong here.Went with a gang of 6 to have biryani, there is a big list to complaint about but I’m mentioning only half the issues we faced, to start with the ambience it was worst and air conditioner they had installed 6 I think but nothing worked it was really hot inside, 3 staffs were there but none came up to take order after we shouted their manager I think came to take order. We ordered mutton biryani and no one will ever believe that it took nearly 30 mins for them to serve. Biryani was not hot and it tasted like they had bought it from a roadside shop nearby, worst mutton pieces and brinjal got spoiled, Pepsi was not cold and one of their staff took 5 mins to understand what is Pepsi. It really didn’t taste like how a royal biryani used to be, very disappointed with how they treated the customers.My kind request to everyone would be is not to visit this restaurant for any reasons.Ambience -1.0Service -1.0Food -1.0

  They don’t give respect to customers, one day I asked a appy fizz cool drink , it is not that much cool , so I asked them to please give another bottle inside the fridge . It looks me some better than this , for customer satisfaction they can replace the bottle , it is not a big deal to argue . But he talk so harsh with me. I felt so bad . They only give respect to big ordered customers . At the first time I experienced that , the big shops and hotels also their conjoos ness to save power bills on cool drinks etc, like a rode side small shops . But the staff is so good , but the owner is not friendly with ppl
