The cake I bought here for my friends birthday to celebrate but realised that’s was my mistake to buy from him,claimed himself the cake is too fresh and good,had been given a worst cake,I never gonna get back there again,Baking is a great work I believe,may be they do it for their hobby.
Worst place ever. If you don’t know how to satisfy your customers, please shut down.Ordered by 11:00. Recieved a call by 1:00 PM, stating that, Can you come down to gate of the IT park and collect it. I said I can’t come down, And I asked him to give the cake to my security. Even After 2:00 I didn’t receive any call, I called the cake shop, they said sir, we’ll be there in 10 mins, sir Please come down to collect your cake, the delivery person doesn’t have any ID proof, sorry sir. This was his statement.I reached down to gate, waited there until 3:30, no one came, no one picked up my call, I paid for the cake already online, or else I might have left.Then he reached saying sorry, I gave him a good dose. That Idiots served me this cake, he dropped it somewhere, and served me the same. I called this place after seeing the cake, those people didn’t pick my call. Till now.Jus close this restaurant. Instead of providing such an idiotic service.Please don’t order hereMy kind request.
I was going to this place when ever i wanted to eat pastry. As this place getting older ambience getting deceased and not much of feeling yo sit their and eat. But with the taste they can promise i have ordered the angry bird theme cake with chocolate flavour. It was fantastic and all out guests are stumbled by the look and taste of the cake.
They make wonderful cakes. We order cakes from this very place for our friend’s birthday. Prompt delieveries and the cake tastes awesome. choco -Almond is my favourite here. Choco Fudge tastes great too
Got a choco -Almond truffle cake for a colleagues farewell and the cake was like sponge and no complaints in the cake but there was very little almonds in the cake. Overall the taste was good and packing was good. For the brand value ,they can reduce the rates to improve their service in OMR to get more number of orders. Partner with zomato,Foodpanda and swiggy and give attractive discounts .All offices in OMR celebrate birthdays and farewells. All the best. meat4eat.wordpress.com
