Been here twice. Its has a good infrastructure but needs better maintenance. Food is generally good, but I still don’t prefer black pepper seeds in my egg bhurji.. lol. Service is good and hospitable. Good for a family of 4-6.
Worst place, If you want starve and eat below average food after a long wait, this is the place to go. My home is nearby so I visited this place 3-4 times hoping to give a chance to this place. All the time, they took more than an hour to give my order. Twice I cancelled and went to other nearby restaurants. They have a very small kitchen and terribly understaffed. Last time, I ordered Mushroom Masala, AFTER AN HOUR the owner realises there is no mushroom in the kitchen and is running to the stores which irritated me and I cancelled.
Very Disgusting experience in ma entire life. Went here for dinner, Ordered Chicken shawarma with other stuffs. Shawarma was first served, took first bite n felt something fluffy and awful. I spit it out on the plate and shocked to find raw chicken piece(size of chicken 65). In total dismay i complained to them but didn’t give a proper reply, they were least bothered abt it. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Went for Lunch with our office colleagues. At 2pm there were no one in the restaurant except we five. We asked for lunch and the bearer told the meals got over and its a million dollar question as how come the meals got over with out no one in the restaurant. We started ordering Veg Clear Soup, Gobi Manchurian Dry, Dragon Chicken Dry and Mutton Biriyani.The Soup, Gobi Manchurian and Dragon Chicken was ok. In the Mutton Biriyani the Mutton is some what smelly and the texture of the Biryani is ok but the rice is little bit over cooked and taste is ok. Went thr last night for dinner. The ambience wasn’t great a kind of stinky and poor ac. Not great at all. Food. They offer a nv platter for 299. In which they promise 6 piece of mutton, chic, prawn and fish each. Mutton is just a masala piece roll on the grill and you cant find mutton actually. Chicken and prawn is fine. Fish is not great. Also ordered for fried rice and panner masala..ok. Overall food is just ok and ambience has to improve a lot. Also servers were very friendly not an issue as I read in some of the reviews
Looks like a new management took over this hotel. None of the old employees were present. It used to be better previously. We waited for quarter hour for the waiter to take order. No one turned up. Finally we just walked away, and was not stopped by anyone from the restaurant.
I went to Perfect dine 2 weeks ago and I must admit that I regret of going there because of the following:- 1) The service was pathetic with only 1 attended who is not friendly at all.2) The table was not cleaned at all which had food spilling from the previous dine.3) The food item was not good at all4) Most of the items listed in the menu is not available.5) In spite of only we (1 family) in the restaurant at around 8PM, the serving was delayed.I will not recommend this hotel.
