Was having a cold and thought of eating something spicy. Ordered a spicy baby potato biryani and babycorn pepper fry.There was no baby potato. Only normal potato was used. And the bottom of the biryani box had atleast 5mm of oil on top of which biryani was floating.The babycorn was even worse. Almost half of the container was filled with oil and the dish was floating on top of it. Couldn’t eat even half of it . Threw away.Was so frustrated that I didn’t care to click photos.Moral : do not try new places when you are unwell

One of the very few restaurants in Chennai, who concentrate on their Veg biriyani with the same level of dedication as of the non-veg varieties. Most places serve fried vegetables with bland rice when it comes to Veg biriyani, but Thallu Vandi show appreciation and concern for their vegetarian customers. Two thumbs up. Keep up the good work.
This is one of the best place for foodies. Parking won’t be an issue here for both two wheelers & four wheelers . This is one of the very few restaurants which I would love to go back & explore the menu completely.
